This club is open to students in 5th & 6th Grade. To apply for this club, please complete and submit this form by December 20th. No late applications will be accepted after this deadline.

This application serves as a permission form for your child to participate in this club. By filling out and submitting this form, you agree to allow your child to participate in this club. The club will meet from 8:00-8:20am on the following dates: January 9th, January 23nd, February 20th, March 13th, March 20th,  April 3rd, April 10th, and when District battles are (either once or twice). There will be additional meetings before school (TBD) for the students who advance to the District Battles.

Please note that this club has no maximum amount of students. Upon acceptance into the club, it is very important that your child attend club sessions. We will meet in Mrs. Petterson's Room (Room 203).
