Join us for a festive fall event filled with shopping, entertainment, family fun, and all things spooky! This outdoor marketplace is brought to you by We Be Jammin' Events and promises a little something for everyone.

Vendor Information:

  • 💵 Vendor Fee: $90 for a 10x10 space (non-refundable)

  • 🚚 Food Truck Fee: 10% of sales

🔍 Important:
Applications that are incomplete, missing sales tax information, or submitted with an incorrect email address will not be considered.

📬 All applicants will be notified by email whether or not they are accepted. If accepted, payment instructions will be sent via email. Please add webejamminevents@gmail.com to your contacts to avoid missing important updates.

🛍 Vendor Product Guidelines 

Please describe the product(s) you are applying to sell.

To maintain a high-quality and focused shopping experience, we prioritize vendors who specialize in one primary type of product or category. When filling out your application, please be very specific about what you will be selling.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
We seek vendors whose products fall into a single, cohesive category. For example:
Woodcraft Specialists – trays, door hangers, bookmarks, signs, and décor
Jewelry Artisans – handmade earrings, necklaces, and bracelets
Candle Makers – soy candles, wax melts, and room sprays

What We Avoid:
Vendors offering a mix of unrelated items in a single booth, such as candles, jewelry, tumblers, t-shirts, and crochet together, will not be prioritized.

By emphasizing specialization, we aim to create a curated marketplace that highlights the unique talents and craftsmanship of each vendor. Thank you for understanding and helping us achieve this vision! 🌷✨

📢 Promotion Requirements 

All vendors are required to post on all social media platforms to let their customers know they will be attending the event. This helps increase visibility and drive traffic to the event! Vendors are also encouraged to promote their business and any special sales directly on the official event page, in addition to their own platforms.

Social Media Requirement:
If you do not have social media, we unfortunately cannot approve your application. While we do our part in advertising, we also expect our vendors to actively promote and engage with their own customers. By working together, we can create an even bigger and better event!

Please include accurate and functional links to your website and/or social media pages when submitting your application. Incorrect or broken links will prevent your application from being processed. Double-check each link carefully to avoid delays.

Vendor Space & Setup Requirements:

Each vendor will receive a 10’x10’ space for setup. If using a canopy, it must be securely weighted down with at least 30 lbs per leg. Vendors who do not properly secure their canopies will not be allowed to set up.

Vendors are responsible for their own trash removal. Please ensure your space is left clean and in the same condition as you found it.

Sales Tax & Food License Requirements

If you have a retail sales tax number or an artist exemption number, please provide it in the following format:

Sales Tax Number: 12-3456

Exemption Number: AE2-3456

If you require a temporary permit, please indicate this by writing: "Need temporary permit."

Food Vendors: If you are applying to sell food, you must have all required licenses and permits and provide copies to We Be Jammin’ Events.
