By applying for the Leadership course I agree to attend all classes and the entire local weekend with the CEO's. *

The Weekend will take place in Flatbush at the end of the 6th weeks near BJX Ave. K. You will be served dinner Fri, & lunch and dinner Saturday by the CEOs. Failure to attend the 6 classes and the weekend will disqualify you from receiving your $300 stipend.

By checking this box I understand that in order to receive my stipend I have to attend the three Gourmet Meals & Exclusive Weekend from Friday evening-Saturday night with the CEO's. And that I can be summarily dismissed at any time from the program due to lateness, inappropriate conduct or disrespect.
