Please complete the form below if you would like to enter a team for the Summer Leagues 2025. The deadline for entries is 23rd March 2025. The season will run from April - September 2025. If you are currently in the Winter Leagues but
do not want to enter the Summer Leagues please inform iPadel by completing the first 4 short questions.
Each team requires a separate form to be completed. If entering, iPadel will require team captain/contact information. This can be edited/changed at a later date if necessary.
