Bring a Bestie to Class Event----- Select Classes ONLY

Give your friend the gift of dance and have their parent fill out this form to be included in the Bring a Bestie FREE CLASS event!  They get an absolutely free class!  And if your friend registers for at least one class, you get $10 to spend in our dance store! 

This event is open to select classes only.  Students from participating classes can invite their besties to their own class or their besties can attend one of the other classes listed below.  Classes that are not listed are not included in this event.  

If your friend is interested in one of our other classes, please have them contact the Office about our standard risk-free trial program.  You will still receive a referral credit if your friend registers for at least one class -- referral credits are unlimited.  You will receive $10 for every friend you refer who registers for a class -- whether it is part of the Bring a Bestie program or otherwise. 

This form must be completed by the FRIEND'S parent/guardian, NOT the parent/guardian of current dancers.
Please note that some of the participating classes are close to filling!  If interested, get registered ASAP!

I have received or will obtain a copy of Absolute Dance policies and will take the responsibility to carefully read and follow the rules and policies therein. 

I understand that Absolute Dance does not give credit and/or refunds for class(es) missed due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather, etc.  and that Absolute Dance requires two weeks' notice for all withdrawals/unenrollments. If I have prepaid for services and drop mid billing, a credit balance will remain on my account. Any such balance is non-transferable and non-refundable but may be used for future classes or in the Absolute dance shop. 

I further understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from my or my child’s participation with Absolute Dance, and I voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation.
