If you need to cancel your request for transportation, please email erin@lifepointnow.com at least one hour prior to your pick up time. While we understand that cancellations happen, after the second transportation request cancellation any other requests for transportation will be denied.

You must be at least 18 years old to request and utilize this service.

While masks are optional inside church, they are still to be worn inside the vehicle per their policies.

You will be brought to the Lifepoint location that is closest to you.

ONLY the following pick up zip codes will be included in this program. (28429, 28401, 28411, 28405, 28403, 28409, 28480, 28412, 28428, 28449, 28451)

Requests for transportation are ONLY being offered for our Sunday services at this time.

If it is your first time at Lifepoint, please stop at our VIP tent on the way in and let them know its your first time! They would love to connect with you and show you around.

Once your transportation TO church is ordered, you will receive a text message on the cell phone number you provided from a team member alerting you of transportation arrival time. Please be ready and waiting.

When your transportation FROM church is ordered you will receive a text message on the cell phone number you provided. Your transportation FROM church will always be scheduled for one hour and 30 minutes after service time starts. ( i.e. service start time is 9am, scheduled pick up at Lifepoint is 10:30am) Please be at the main entrance/exit of the church and ready for pickup.

Transportation is ONLY to and from Lifepoint Church. No other stops will be made.

You will be dropped off at the SAME location that you are picked up at.
