Thank you for your interest in the Sidney Street Market Plaza Nights for 2025. We are thrilled about the upcoming market season and hope you are too!
The event will kick off on Thursday, June 5th, 2025, with Opening Day, and run through to Closing Day on September 11th, 2025. We’re gearing up for an engaging and exciting season, with over 140 vendors, food trucks, activity stations, theme days, live local musical performances, and a spectacular Grand Opening on June 5th!
We can’t wait to share this experience with you and look forward to a memorable season ahead!
NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2025 MARKET SEASON!
Location: Beacon Avenue, Sidney BC
Dates: June 5, 2025 - September 11, 2025
Times: 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm (Load in 4:30 - 5:30pm)
Total Markets: 15
- PLEASE NOTE SEPT 4 AND 11 MARKET WOULD END AT 8PM DUE TO THE TIMING OF THE SUNSET. Important Information: Kelly and Connie are here to support you!
- Markets run Rain or Shine
- Each stall is a 10x10 stall
- You will need to bring your own tent, table, chair and tent weights!
- Tents must be certified and comply with fire regulations
- It is the vendor's responsibility to know and comply with Provincial and Federal sales tax requirements
- We want to ensure your success so, as long as we receive the cancellation notice 72 hours prior to the market date we will be happy to refund your market. Market cancellations are subject to a 20% administration fee.
First priority is given to vendors who:
- Produce with a sustainable and organic focus,
- Provide all documentation at time of application, or, within a reasonable time including all insurance documents, VIHA permits and payment. We will be asking for payment once you have been accepted.
Applications must be filled out in their entirety.
