One of our family's favorite dishes!
Handmade gnocchi served with our family Ragù recipe and fresh mozzarella! This class is limited due to location. You will be making homemade gnocchi and observing how to make our family Ragù. We will then cook the gnocchi and eat it with the Ragù and fresh mozzarella. Each participant will receive their own gnocchi rolling board and will bring home with them gnocchi dough to serve 4 to roll, cook and serve at home.
