* Events that are scheduled more than six-weeks in advance (from day of event submission) are subject to change due to necessity of church-wide events.
The Vineyard Church often incorporates outside individuals and organizations at their events. Therefore, we need to work around the availability of those schedules when planning events. So, if your event is submitted more than two months out, we may need to move your event to a different area of the facility or re-schedule your event for another time. While this conflict of schedules rarely happens we do need to make you aware of it and part or our facility policy.

Terms and conditions for rental of the Vineyard Church facilities
PLEASE LEAVE THE SPACE IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU FOUND IT.
This includes but is not limited to; cleaning, sweeping, discarding trash, turning off lights, and removing all personal items and decor from the rented space.

DEPOSIT IS CONTINGENT ON THE RESERVED SPACE(S) NOT BEING RESTORED TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE unless prior arrangement has been made with Vineyard staff. If you do not wish to clean, remove trash, etc., please make arrangements with the Facility Coordinator to provide such services at an additional fee.

Reservation Policy
Upon receiving a space request, if the date and time are available, we will reserve the space for you and contact you with confirmation of your request. The confirmation email will come with an Facility Usage Agreement form that must be signed before the space is officially reserved.

If this is your first event with the Des Moines Vineyard, we will also schedule a walk-thru meeting.

Please note that a space is never, ever reserved for certain until we have received a signed Facility Usage Agreement.
