We are asking anyone who would like to address the board to fill out and submit this form BEFORE 7pm the day of the board meeting.

The Zoom meeting information will be emailed to the email you provide when this form is submitted.  

IMPORTANT: You may join the meeting once you have the link, but you will remain in the lobby until it is time for public comment.  At that time, you will be allowed in to speak.  Please do not leave the lobby unless you have decided to no longer make public comment.  Thank you for your patience.
