Overnight Guest Registration Form

Vassar College welcomes your guest to campus and would like to make you/them aware of the following rules, regulations, and procedures: 


- Student and overnight guest must check in at the ROC (1st Floor of Main, Center Southside), attest to being symptom free.

- You must carry a valid guest pass while on Vassar College Campus

- You must present guest pass to any member of the college community upon request

- The host is responsible for guest(s) conduct and must accompany them at all times. Only two guests per host.

- Overnight guests are allowed a 3-day 2 night maximum stay on campus. Only two guest per host

- Guests are prohibited from signing out room keys or access to your room.

- Failure to comply: Guest-will be banned from campus and host will process through Community Expectations.
