2015 South Lake Union Block Party Exhibitor Booth Application
The 11th annual South Lake Union Block Party is the largest festival focused on celebrating and showcasing the vibrant South Lake Union community. This year’s event, which will draw an estimated 10,000 guests of all ages from neighborhoods through the Puget Sound, will benefit the Low Income Housing Institute and the South Lake Union Chamber of Commerce.

Taking place on Friday, August 7th at the northwest corner of Denny Way and Westlake Ave N, the event will feature samples of favorite local eateries and bars, live music, a letterpress marketplace and demonstrations, kids’ activities, and an exciting “Best Burger in SLU” competition. This year’s South Lake Union Block Party promises to once again serve as a true celebration of community.

Please fill out and submit this form by Friday, May 22nd, 2015.  Once you have submitted this form, we will follow up with you regarding insurance and booth payment.

The booth rate is $450.  Non-profit rate is $300. If you are a SLU Chamber member, there is a $50 discount.  If you are a sponsor, or if your booth was donated by a sponsor, the booth fee is waived.

Submitting this form does not guarantee booth space.  Providing as much information as possible during this application process will help us place you at the event.  Booth space is limited and we cannot guarantee space will remain available. We give priority to Vulcan tenants, and businesses geographically located in the neighborhood.

We request that you plan on staffing your booth from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm.  

We will follow up with detailed load-in/out instructions as the event date draws near. We will provide one 6' table, two chairs and 10'x10' tent coverage per booth space.  You will be responsible for providing your own signage and linens for the booth.

We find every year that more successful booths have some element of interaction.
