I am an 18 year old who just graduated from art school! I had a lot of struggles with acne when I was younger and was always very particular of what went in my body. Now I share anti-aging, non toxic, and vegan skin care with everyone I can reach! Little backstory… I grew up with a twin sister, and before you ask, -no we are not identical! But I knew with my father as the only family income that going to an overpriced 4 year art school would not be easy to swing.
After applying to every art school under the sun (and finding out I wouldn’t be able to go) I decided to work full time. I’ve worked in daycare my whole life and decided I didn’t want to do that as my full time career. I soon realised the classic 9-5 work schedule wasn’t going to work for me and I decided to start an online business from home!
When I took the leap to work online full-time I had many goals to accomplish! One, was to meet people I love to work with and that love the products we offer. Another, was to be able to accomplish financial freedom! Thats a big one! I knew as an artist, that I would always be self employed, it just depended on what that employment would be. The third most important thing for me was to be able to inspire people to do better for themselves, and to help people happy with the job I chose!
Being able to have my own schedule and know my income is based upon how hard I work is the best feeling! Being able to have financial freedom and the freedom of time is so freeing! I love what I do and I love the products that I share with people! Being able to meet new people everyday that have a common interest is an amazing opportunity! My favorite part of this job is to be able to wake up in the morning and make people’s lives better with wellness, skincare and hair care products specialised specifically for their body, skin and hair goals!
I knew I was never going to settle for being “ a starving artist “ because thats just not what I wanted for myself! I knew going into this I wanted a simple and comfortable lifestyle while setting myself up for amazing things! Like any other girl in the world, I knew I wanted nice things growing up and it wasn’t going to be dropped in my lap! This business gave me even more than I was hoping for! I wake up every morning with more confidence I even thought I had, its given me a purpose, financial stability, and an entire new outlook of what life can look like for myself! I’ve grown to have so many friends in this business that always support me and are there when I need them, and push me everyday to do more than I did the day before! After all this, I really am making an impact while making an income!
Im so proud of this new life I’m creating for myself an I cant wait to see what it’ll bring!
I did something I never thought I could do before, and it paid off!
