A Single Pitch for 2 Days = £150 + VAT
A Double Pitch for 2 Days = £240 + VAT
Electricity Generator Charge for 2 Days = £60 + VAT

Please note you are required to use the on-site generators and will not be permitted to use your own generators at the festival.

1. If your booking is approved; NFM organisers will contact you by email to confirm in advance of the event with an invoice for a non-refundable deposit of £50 + VAT. Your pitch will not be reserved until a deposit payment has been received. This must be paid within 14 days of invoice submission.
2. A 2nd invoice will be provided for the remainder of the balance, payable 45 days before the event commences. This must be paid in full and within specified payment terms prior to the event in order to be given access to the festival site for trading.
3. Bookings made less than 45 days prior to the event must pay the full pitch amount upon booking.
4. In the event that traders do not meet these payment terms and time frames, pitch spaces will be offered to the reserve list and any deposits paid will be forfeited.
5. Payment must be made by BACS - details are provided on your invoice. An invoice will be sent by email to successful applicants only. Please note we do not accept cash or cheques however we can now receive card payments.
6. Cancellations: no refund is granted if cancellations are made less than 45 days prior to the event. A refund less the deposit will be granted on cancellations made over 45 days prior to the event.
7. In the event of the cancellation of the festival due to bad weather, force majeure or issues beyond the organisers control inc. Covid-19 on event days, no refunds will be made. Traders are advised to provide their own insurance policy for the eventuality of event cancellations.
