Media Release and Liability Waiver (Including Field Trips)

I give permission for YiFan EDU Academy to take and use photos or videos of my child and/or their work during school activities, including classes, events, performances, and field trips. These may be shared in print or digital media, including the school website and WeChat, for educational or promotional purposes.

I understand that while YiFan EDU Academy takes reasonable precautions to ensure student safety, participation in school activities—including off-campus field trips—may involve certain risks. I voluntarily release the Academy, its staff, and representatives from any liability for injuries or damages arising from my child’s participation.
