The Mama Market Vendor Application for October 31st!
We will be hosting our HALLOWEEN MARKET at our new home, Small Arms Inspection Building
1352 Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga ON L5E 1E9 on October 31st from 9am-12pm. We find the market to be busiest in the morning, which is why we are opening one hour earlier and ending at 12pm (the market slows down over lunch/nap time)!

As per the City of Mississauga bylaws, there are only 50 people permitted inside of the venue. We can only accommodate 24 vendors (with one person per vendor table) which would allow for 20 shoppers in at one time. Everyone will be required to wear a face covering, there will be hand sanitizing stations around the building and a worker will managing the front desk/entrance area. There will be Covid/Social Distancing signs placed throughout the building.

Vendor fee is $180, non-refundable.

You will be given an 8x6 space. You are responsible for your own set-up, including table and chair. *

Should the market have to be postponed due to covid19 stages being reduced, we will be giving 100% refunds to all vendors *
You will need to wear a face covering for the entire duration of the market (including the set-up and take down) *
We will be hosting a shop credit giveaway the week of the market. Please state what dollar amount you would like to contribute (if you are joining the giveaway) i.e.: $20 shop credit *
Do you require any additional support from us the day of the market? For example, anything that is critical for the set-up of your booth... ie: electrical outlet. You will need to provide your own extension cord should you require. *
We will be reaching out to select vendors and at that point, you spot is only reserved once payment has been received. Please submit payment within 48 hours of your application acceptance. Please include your company name in the notes section and make the password mamamarket. *
I will let the organizers know if I have traveled outside of Ontario (at least 14 days before the market), if I am feeling ill, have a fever or any other covid19 symptoms

You acknowledge having been fully informed of the following and hereby agree as follows: 1. Set-up time will commence at 8:00AM and must be completed no later than 8:50am. 2. Failure to display set-up prior to 9:50am will result in the forfeiture of your participation . 2. There is no guarantee as to the number of patrons attending the event. 3. The Organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen property of the Vendor. 4. Payment is non-refundable. 5. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event, if it will be delayed, hindered or prevented because of any unavoidable delay, including lockouts, unavailability of materials, inclement weather, acts of God or any other cause beyond its reasonable care and control. 7. The organizers have permission to and will use logo of the vendor and various photos to promote the event. 8. The vendor will not make any statement or permit or authorize any statement to be made which is reasonably likely to damage the reputation of the organizers orally or in writing or any form of social media. 9. The Mama Market is taking all safety precautions as it pertains to the safety of the vendors/shoppers of the market, as a result, they are not liable for anyone contracting covid19.
