Penn First Administrator, Faculty, Staff Outreach
Penn First is the University of Pennsylvania's first all-inclusive student group for those who identify as first-generation* and/or come from a low-socioeconomic background. We are seeking out administrators, faculty and staff who identified as first-generation or low-income students while they were undergraduates, as well as those who consider themselves allies of the first-gen/low-income student community, in order to build our pool of connections and resources.

*First-generation students are understood as students who are the first members of their immediate families to attend college. First-generation students can come from families with low incomes or from middle- or higher-income families without a college-going tradition.
