Below is a consultation form asking questions that pertain to your tattoo.
Please fill out the form and submit in order to start booking your next project.
A $100 deposit must be paid during scheduling in order to fully book your appointment(It will come off the total cost of the tattoo).
This can be paid via Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay, or cash in person. If you have reference photos, they can be sent after I reach out. Thank you!
