This form can be used to share any concern, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant, even if no more than causing a sense of unease or a ‘nagging doubt’ – that an adult may have acted in a way that is inconsistent with the school’s staff code of conduct (including inappropriate conduct outside of work).
The Alternative School Group has an ethos of encouraging staff to speak up about any niggles and gut feelings they have so they can be addressed immediately and not become a bigger concern that could mean a child is put at risk.
