Anyone who pre-orders EVERBLAZE (Keeper of the Lost Cities #3) and fills out this form before 11:59 pm (pacific time) on  November 3, 2014 will receive a signed bookplate (which can also be personalized), an EVERBLAZE bookmark, and a signed, limited edition Iggy a l'orange art print. Ten (10) randomly chosen winners will also receive additional stickers/mini-cards, and five (5) additional people will get the extra swag AND a Black Swan mirror. Proof of purchase is not required, because I prefer the honor system. If you say you bought it, I trust you. But remember, lying makes an alicorn drop sparkly poop on your head.
