We require a 1:10 adult/student ratio for students 6 years and older, and 1:5 ratio for children 5 years and younger. We can accommodate up to 72 students for a one hour tour. If you have more than 72 students, please schedule an additional tour, or call to discuss alternatives.

No problem! Let us know what days of the week (remember we are CLOSED on Mondays) work best, and if morning or afternoons are preferred. If you have a target month, that is helpful. We will get back to you with available dates.

Tours are 1 hour long. Please plan to add an additional 15 minutes for transitions. Tours can begin as early as 9:30am each day, and can start as late 3:45pm.

Tour admission is $2 per student. Teachers, chaperones, and bus drivers are free. We can not accept purchase orders.

We love to make connections between student's curriculum and our collections, and their are often really great ones to make if we know what topics you are currently exploring in your classroom.
