Please provide all the information requested below.  Once the form is received, you will be contacted by phone to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up.

Pick-up time will be Thursdays between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Dayton Food Pantry restrictions on geographic area apply (see below); please bring an ID to confirm address on your first visit.  Families may come to the Food Pantry once every thirty days.

The Dayton Food Pantry continues to be open from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Thursdays for drop-in pick up.

Geographic Area Served:  The geographical areas served are limited to residents of Sheffield Township (which includes the town of Dayton, IN), Lauramie Township (which includes the towns of Clarks Hill and Stockwell, IN) and Clinton County residents.  Recipients will be asked to provide proof of address, and visits are limited to once every 30 days.  Families whose children attend Dayton Elementary may are also served by the DMPC Food Pantry.  (Proof of income is not required.)
