The "N" Word - this is still a big issue in our society.  What are your thoughts on it? Should it be used - ever?  Or is it ok among certain people?  Why?  does it make you uneasy to hear or read?  It will be iin the novel we are about to read...will that bother you?  Would you feel differently if there were a black students seated beside you?
