Thank you for your interest in participating in our meal packing event on Sunday, August 30th. Please read the following:

- Please fill out a separate form for each person in your group
- Each station can hold 12 people at a time.
- We ask all participants to arrive by 1:30 PM for the opening program, instructions, and reflection.
- Please feel free to bring food and beverage items for a pot luck, water and coffee will be provided.
- Children and families welcome!
- There will be opportunities to enjoy refreshments, engage in a reflection activity, and mingle with other participants during the time you are not packing.
