About the Program
Reclaiming You is a transformational coaching program created by Elevate & Reclaim to support women in their healing journey after experiences of sexual assault. This program is thoughtfully designed to foster personal growth, emotional insight, and self-expression in a safe, supportive space.
Please Note
This program does not provide clinical, psychological, or licensed therapeutic services.
I am a transformation coach, not a licensed mental health professional. My guidance draws from professional coaching tools, my own lived and learned experiences, and holistic frameworks.
Participation does not create a therapist–client relationship.
If you are currently experiencing acute trauma, PTSD, or any mental health condition that requires clinical care, I encourage you to seek support from a qualified mental health provider in your area.
Use of the Dr. Demartini Method®
Some sessions may include elements of the Dr. Demartini Method®, a proven structured inquiry process that helps dissolve emotional charges, expand perspective, and bring clarity and inner balance.
I have been a certified facilitator of the Demartini Method® since June 2025, and I use this process exclusively for personal development coaching — not as a form of therapy or medical treatment.
You are invited to participate only if you feel emotionally ready, self-responsible, and supported in exploring this work.
Results Disclaimer
Every journey is unique. While coaching can lead to insight, transformation, and personal breakthroughs, I cannot guarantee specific results.
