Please read through the following description before filling out the beneath form. Once you have filled and submitted this form, you will be contacted within 2 business days confirming your request. You will then be provided with further information and instructions regarding your service. Servicing usually takes 5-7 days depending on factors such as how many lifejackets, remedial work required, how the lifejackets were sent. However, it is not guaranteed you will get your lifejacket(s) back within that timeframe.

The cost of a lifejacket service is £15 (inc VAT) per lifejacket - which covers the testing alone. If your lifejacket(s) have failed testing, it will incur a handling/labour/report fee of £3.60 (inc VAT) per lifejacket. You will be contacted with details as to what factors have lead to a failed test result and a revised fee for necessary repairs. These repairs will only be commenced once you have agreed to the additional payments.

If your lifejacket(s) have failed testing, you can request to have the jacket returned or disposed of.

Shipping of lifejacket(s) starts at £7.95 for FedEx standard delivery. This shipping fee only applies to a single shipment to Spares Marine and does not cover the return shipment. Shipping fees are likely to increase if your lifejacket(s) are sent to/from the highlands and islands, and also if you are sending multiple lifejackets. If you would like an estimate of shipping costs, you can still fill this form out and you will still receive a quote. Alternatively, you can request a quote by emailing sales@youboatmarine.com with your address and quantity of lifejackets. If you would like to drop your lifejacket(s) off instore, you will still need to pay the carriage fee starting at £7.95.
