Application to Liscard Pirates & Captain's Club 2025/2026
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU APPLY:

Please complete this form if you require any before and after school sessions in 2025/2026

Please note that places are in high demand - do not delay applying!

All fees are payable at least one week in advance of the sessions (by topping up your Arbor account and keeping it always in credit). Payment by tax-free childcare vouchers are also accepted.

If you are applying for more than one child, please fill the application multiple times. 

The application is for long term places with the same attendance pattern every week!

Should you wish to cancel any sessions, you must give us four weeks notice in writing. 

If you fill in the application but come September do not require any / certain sessions, please inform us at your earliest convenience.
