I am requesting approval to hold an event at the Devereux Downs Pool facility. I agree to abide by and inform all participants of the Pool Rules and Policies. I agree that at least one adult Homeowner will be in attendance at all times during the event. I also agree with the following....
1) cleanup after the event by returning the pool area to an acceptable condition including disposing of all trash.
2) checking the condition of the restrooms (cleaning if needed)
3) returning all furniture to its proper location
4) wipe down all tabletops and counters. Cleaning supplies are provided in the phone room.

I understand that if these requirements are not met, I will be liable for a $100 cleaning fee payable to the Devereux Downs Homeowner's Association to cover the cost of having the pool area cleaned by our pool company. (The pool will be checked by a member of the pool committee after the party) *
Due to parking and pool capacity, parties cannot exceed 50 guests.

I understand that I must bring my own trash bags and dispose of party trash at home. The facility is not equipped to deal with the excess trash generated from multiple parties a week. 

I understand parties are limited to 2 hours
