Seal of Biliteracy Qualifying Exam Registration

Students must complete this form using their RHS email address. Parents may not submit the form. 

If you wish to take more than one language test, submit a second form and pay the appropriate second fee.

STAMP ASL & Latin Exams will take place DURING school class time in January or as determined by teacher. 

The STAMP 4S & WS Spoken Language Exams will take place Saturday, January 10th in the Learning Commons: doors will open for registration at 8:30 a.m. and the exam begins at 9:00 a.m. 

If you register for more than one Spoken Language exam, the second exam will take place on Thursday, January 29th at 3:10pm in the Learning Commons. Section retakes will be given at this time as well.



PAYMENT must be received by DECEMBER 12th. Please pay today if possible.
After completing this form, have your parents/guardians pay using their SKYWARD FAMILY ACCESS. 
1. Go to Fee Management. 
2. ADD the CORRECT exam fee (see the list below). 

  • BILIT 4S/WS/ASL :   $35.00

  • BILIT Hebrew:  $60.00

  • BILIT Latin:   $12.00

3. Make/submit the payment.

Payment Issues:
  • If you have free/reduced lunch, do not pay the fee as it will be waived.
  • If you need payment assistance or a hardship waiver of the fee, please contact your guidance counselor.
  • If you’re unable to pay using Skyward, it is your responsibility to bring cash or a check made payable to Ridgewood Public Schools to Ms. Dunleavy in Rm. 200 by December 12th.
