I support the vision of the Sunshine Coast Entertainment Centre in the Maroochydore CBD
The 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games is our best chance to secure a world-class Entertainment Centre in the Maroochydore CBD.

The vision for this venue is for it to be the region’s most iconic building – a multi-purpose entertainment centre that can be used for major sporting events, performing arts, conventions, exhibitions and possibly even ESports.

If Maroochydore hosts the Olympic Basketball preliminaries,  significant funding support will be unlocked through the State and Federal Government’s 50-50 agreement on critical Games infrastructure to bring this long-awaited dream into a reality.  

This is legacy that will last a lifetime. And it's a project well worth supporting.
