Basic guidelines to content of discussion HKPN recommends seminar/class partners to observe: 1. All discussions, activities and behavior of all participants must be legally permitted under U.S. Law. 2. While political viewpoints can be presented and issues can be discussed, there should not be languages that will promote, advocate, induce or encourage any illegal acts, violence or immorality (avoided languages). 3. We are unable to list out all avoided languages and here below are some obvious items. a. How to cultivate, produce, and distribute drugs or other harmful material. b. How to operate, market, and support prostitution or human trafficking ring. c. How to formulate, produce, store and distribute weapons including but not limited to bombs, guns and monotov. Please also note that dissemination of where to find related information will also be prohibited. 4. Items listed in 3 above are just a few of the most obvious. For the safety of all participants, administration of the community center reserve the right to reject certain out of bounce seminars/classes. *
