- Early Check in is 5PM to 8PM on Thursday 7/26. Daily operational hours will vary depending on your product or organization, but generally are 8AM to 5PM. If you are unable to be set up on Friday by 2PM, please notify us so we can arrange for access and plan to be set up no later than 8am Saturday 7/28.
- Each booth size includes a specified amount or festival passes, which includes camping, demos, and the Saturday night meal...yeah, we feed you. Use this form to add additional vendor staff passes for $25 each.
-Vendor spaces do not include vehicle space within the vendor area. We will provide vehicle access for set up and drop off of supplies before and after normal vending hours each day. If your vehicle is a required part of your set-up, please notify us in the space provided below so we can accommodate you.
- If your company will be offering demos of bikes or other equipment, a Certificate of Insurance naming VMBA as also insured is required no later than July 1st, 2018. Email to
jacob@vmba.org, or send to the below address. If COI is not received by 7/1/18, you will not be allowed to run demos.
