The Civil Engineering program at the Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology at Manzala is committed to prepare graduates of engineers who are able to keep pace with technological development in various disciplines at all local and regional levels with high quality in education and community service through engineering consultancy and advanced scientific research laboratories as well as providing a creative educational environment in the department push workers to more productivity.

يلتزم برنامج الهندسة المدنية في المعهد العالي للهندسة والتكنولوجيا بالمنزلة بإعداد خريجين من المهندسين القادرين على مواكبة التطور التكنولوجي في مختلف التخصصات على كافة المستويات المحلية والإقليمية بجودة عالية في التعليم وخدمة المجتمع من خلال الإستشارات الهندسية وإختبارات البحث العلمي المتطورة وكذلك توفير بيئة تعليمية إبداعية في القسم لتحفيز العاملين به علي مزيد من الإنتاجية.
