2026 CANoPS Courtesy Shuttle Rider Registration
Welcome to the 2026/27 School Year!

This form serves as your student’s registration for courtesy shuttle transportation between approved Career Academy Network of Public Schools locations.

Please note that this is a school-to-school service only. Shuttle times and assignments may change due to traffic, school events, building schedules, or other operational needs. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

As a reminder, school begins at 8:00 a.m.

Dismissal times are as follows:

  • Career Academy Middle/High School and Portage School of Leaders: 3:00 p.m.
  • Success Academy and Success Academy Boys & Girls Club: 2:45 p.m.

A separate form must be completed for each student who will ride the shuttle.

Please complete and submit this form by July 24, 2026.

I understand that this is a courtesy shuttle service between approved school locations only. I am responsible for getting my student to the morning pickup location on time and picking them up promptly in the afternoon. I understand that my student must follow all school and bus behavior expectations while riding the shuttle. I understand that unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or loss of shuttle privileges. 
                                               
We need your help enforcing bus safety rules with your child. Please review the following:

1.No food, drink, or gum will be allowed on the bus.
2.Observe classroom behavior while on the bus: 
a.  No yelling
b.  Always stay seated properly in your seats
3.You must keep your hands and your feet to yourself.
4.No objects should be thrown out of the windows.  5.Hands & feet must stay inside the windows.
6.The bus driver is the teacher on the bus.
8.Respect should be given to everyone.
9. Failure to comply with these directions/instructions can result in students being removed from shuttle.

**Career Network Student Handbooks are in effect while on Career Network Buses.**
