聯合國兒童基金香港委員會（UNICEF HK）一直相信每一名兒童都可成為「小慈善家」，發揮「兒童幫助兒童」的精神。我們正以不記名方式進行調查，希望了解香港9至15歲兒童參與慈善行為的習慣。

Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF HK) believes every child can become a hero and promote the spirit of 'Kids Helping Kids'. We are now conducting an anonymous survey about the participation of Hong Kong children aged 9 to 15 in charitable giving.

1. 此項調查主要計對9至15歲的兒童。請輸入您的出生年份，方便我們計算您的年齡。This survey targets on children aged 9 to 15. Please enter your year of of birth for us to calculate your age. *
