BE A PART OF ELECTRIC HALLOWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN!!!! In a larger, more responsible, but definitely not any less fun way! If you didn't know, being a volunteer gets you some super snazzy perks like arriving a night early, food, merch, & more. If you sign up early, you are more likely to get first choice in volunteer shifts and positions. We have shifts available before, during, and after the event from October 25th-Oct 31st.
In order to make sure everyone stays responsible, we require that you pay for your volunteer ticket up front via Paypal, and will receive 100% back once the event is over and the volunteer coordinator has signed off that you completed your shifts appropriately.
How to pay volunteer ticket fee:
Send $100 via Paypal to
electrichalloweenfestival@gmail.com and leave a comment "Your Name-Volunteer Ticket:". Please send by "Friends & Family Option" if you would like the full ticket price back because sending by the sales option requires a fee that you will not get returned.
Volunteer Agreement:
- I will complete two 6-hour shifts.
- I will be on time for my scheduled shift.
- I will not leave my position until the next person volunteering arrives.
- If there is a question or problem, I will contact the volunteer manager, TBA.
- I will be aware of my surroundings and address any safety issues immediately.
- I will treat attendees, other volunteers, and anyone else involved in the festival with respect.
- I will not engage in heavy alcohol and/or drug use during my shift.
- I understand that if I do not complete my volunteer shifts, disrespect any other person, appear under the influence, or violate any of the festival rules that I will not receive a refund for my volunteer ticket fee.
