 Application for SDM sessions 7 -12 Training to become a Qualified SDM Practitioner.
Use this form to apply for your place on the SDM Training Sessions 7 -12 to be held at Reed Hall, Exeter University, Exeter, Devon,  UK. The course is being held on the 7th to 9th July 2026. 

In order to attend the training you are required to have the following:
  • Qualified to "SDM Practitioner" (Provide your certificate number)
  • Completed a minimum of 12 hours of practical SDM over a period of 12 weeks 
  • Bring to share at least 3 SDM session plans
  • Bring to share your SDM learning journal
This course is residential and will include breakfasts on 8th & 9th July
Lunches on the 7th, 8th & 9th of July
Evening dinner (2 course) on the 7th & 8th of July
Continuous refreshments throughout the course

All accommodation is single room with ensuite.
The accommodation is a short walk for Reed Hall on the University campus.
There is free parking with the accommodation.
