By submitting this form you are agreeing to provide and design a table top tree, a large tree and/or a wreath for the 2022 Festival of Trees in the High Country area.

Decorated trees may be live or artificial, depending on the fire code regulations for the specific location of your tree. Trees may be placed in businesses, retail or other public locations within Watauga, Ashe and Avery Counties. The designer should secure a cooperating business to host the tree (need this info in October.) The Festival team can assist if needed.

Trees should be set up by Monday, November 14 and will be sold by auction ending Thursday, 12/1.

Wreaths must be delivered to the Festival team by Monday, 11/28.

I/we assume responsibility for the complete and timely set-up/delivery of tree by 11/14, or wreath by 11/29, as well as the proper functioning of all lights & mechanics. It is the responsibility of the donor to establish the value of gifts-in-kind for charitable tax deduction reasons. This donation becomes the property of Western Youth Network and is to be offered for sale at an auction – the proceeds of which benefit Western Youth Network. *
