บ้าน Seatalay_Official ทำการเปิดรับ Food Support สำหรับการถ่ายทำซีรีส์เรื่อง “ไหนใครว่าพวกมันไม่ถูกกัน (Head 2 Head Series)” เพื่อเป็นกำลังใจให้กับน้องซี ทีมนักแสดงและทีมงานทุกท่าน หากใครที่สนใจ รบกวนกรอกฟอร์มเพื่อลงคิวสำหรับส่ง Food Support นะคะ

เงื่อนไข
     1.คิวในการส่ง Food Support นี้ จะจัดเรียงตามลำดับที่ได้กรอกฟอร์มเข้ามาเท่านั้น (หนึ่งคิวต่อการส่งหนึ่งหนึ่งครั้ง) หากต้องการส่งซ้ำ สามารถกรอกฟอร์มเข้ามาได้ใหม่
     2.รบกวนทุกท่านกรอกข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วน (เช็คก่อนส่งทุกครั้ง)
     3.ในการส่งFood Support ในแต่ละครั้ง อาจไม่สามารถกำหนดวันล่วงหน้าได้ หากถึงคิวซีออฟจะติดต่อกลับไป ให้ไวที่สุดเพื่อแจ้งคิว (ขออนุญาตโทรเบอร์ทุกคิวนะคะ หากเราไม่ได้รับการติดต่อกลับจากทาง DM)
     4.ในแต่ละการส่งจะมีทีมงาน 10-20 คน(หากสะดวกส่ง)
     5.หากถึงคิวของท่านแล้ว และได้confirmรายการเมนูอาหารและข้อมูลการจัดส่ง จะไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้ในทุกกรณี

Condition
     1. This food support queue is arranged in the order in which the form has been filled in. (one queue per submission) can be resubmitted.
     2. Please fill out all the information (please recheck information)
     3. In each delivery, you may not be able to set a date. If you get to a QC off, you will be contacted as soon as possible to tell you the queue. If we do not hear back from the DM)
     4. Each delivery will have a team of 10-20 people (if convenient to send)
     5. If your queue has been reached and the menu and delivery information has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled in any case.
