Career Peer Adviser Application - Spring 2014

A Career Peer Adviser for the Fairfield University Career Planning Center is a sophomore, junior, or senior dedicated to helping students develop skills that will enhance each student’s career readiness. Peer Advisers will help students with résumés, cover letters, and basic interviewing preparation. Peer Advisers will also be responsible for helping student with understanding social networking (i.e. Linkedin) as well as the Stags4Hire website. Students will work during drop-in hours and also during events in residence halls, represent the office at information/career fairs, and present to clubs - about 3-6 hours per week. Please note if you are selected that you will be expected to attend a day long training in the beginning of Spring semester and hour long bi-weekly meetings with the other CPAs during the course of the semester.
