The National Conservation District Employees Association (NCDEA) wants to know how we can best support employee needs related to training, growth and development, and connection to resources. Please take a few minutes to answer the following to help us best structure our time and resources in 2026. All emails collected in this survey will be added to NCDEA's strategic distribution list, used to keep employees aware of upcoming opportunities for virtual and in-person capacity-building.
