Permit Waiver Request Form
Waiver rules are outlined in DPR's regulations, Rule 716.16-716.19.

It is recommended that waiver requests are made 60 days before your event and will not be accepted less than 30 days from the date of the event. Please plan ahead, there is time needed to properly assess each waiver/discount requested.

Waivers and discounts are not given for DPR staff charges.
