Join your fellow indie and small press Utah authors and an incredible community of readers for an evening of connection and bookselling! Our summer is the busiest time of the year, and while we can't guarantee a large customer turnout, we are CONFIDENT that customers will not only stop by during their time at the store, but will show up specifically to support our incredible local authors! 

Details: Join us for a fun day celebrating our local indie and small press authors! Each author will have a space to showcase their books, as well as sell and sign copies!

Date: Friday, June 27th, Time TBD (input welcomed below!)

Where: Poppy Books & Gifts back lawn, 56 West 200 North Spanish Fork, Utah 84660

Fee: $35.00 payable on the day of the event, before the event begins. Card or cash will be accepted!

Who can apply: Any Utah authors, small press or independently published.

What you'll need: We'll provide you with a table and chair. Please a bring tablecloth and anything else you'd like to make your table inviting.

Sales: You will be responsible for sales. Please bring whatever is necessary for your transactions (square, venmo, etc.). You will also be responsible for handling any sales tax collected during the event. 

Application deadline: June 7th. We will inform those who have been selected by Wednesday, June 11th!

Advertising: We will be advertising on all channels in the weeks leading up to the event! All attending authors will be listed and shared with our 14.4k followers on Instagram, 1.5k followers on Threads, and over 1000 recipients of our newsletter. We will also have signage throughout the store with the attending authors listed!

Additional Info: Because of our limited space we will only be able to host 15 authors.
