Mini Session Contract - Lisa Rossi Photography
Welcome to the Lisa Rossi Photography Mini Session Contract!  The contract is put into place so you know exactly what a mini-session with me entails and to ensure that I am able to deliver on your expectations. Please read all information carefully. Keep a copy for yourself and submit a copy for my records. If you have any questions, please let me know before the session. Thank you!

Session Details
1.  Session Fee of $200 is non-refundable and due in full within 24 hours of completing this form.   If you are unable to make your session and you are able to find someone to take your spot you can transfer your spot to that person.
2.  Session Fee includes time and talent of the photographer, a 20 minute photo session at Beak & Skiff apple orchards (exact location to be emailed to you before session) for your date and time, an on-line gallery of 10 images, and 5 high resolution digital images of your choice with full usage rights.  
3.  You will have the option to purchase the remaining 5 images in the gallery for an additional $100.
4.  Images will be delivered via direct download from the online gallery.  There is an additional $30 charge if you would like them on a flashdrive.
5.  These sessions will take place outdoors.  Please be sure to dress appropriately.  
6.  These sessions will last 20 minutes and 20 minutes only.  Please be prompt and ready to go right at your start time.  
7.  Because it can be distracting (especially to small children) and prevents me from being able to do my job effectively, other cameras (cell phone cameras included) are not allowed at the photo session.  
8.  I maintain the right to reschedule if needed due to illness, emergency, etc.

Proofing & Ordering
1.  10 days after the session I will post your proofs (10 images) in a password protected gallery online.  This gallery will be hosted for 1 week, so please be prepared to select your 5 images in that time.  There is a $100 charge to reactivate your gallery after 1 weeks time.  
2.  Once you select your 5 images the gallery will remain unlocked for 1 additional week for you to download the images.  The gallery will then expire.  
3.  Photos in the gallery are chosen at discretion of the photographer.  Unedited photos are not available for purchase.  
4.  Be sure to inspect your images very carefully in your gallery.  Once images and products are ordered, all sales are final.
5.  A print release will be provided.  
6.  Lisa Rossi Photography owns the copyright to all digital images.  
7.  Creative privilege - there are times when an image needs a certain crop or a particular treatment.  I will do my best to match your tastes, but I need to have the freedom to decide how to make an image look its absolute best.  
8.  If you have a request for a small change to an image, please let me know when you place your order.  I can address minor changes at no cost (fix blemishes, tighter crop, etc.), but more involved requests are billed at $25/hr.  I will let you know if there will be extra charges before work is begun.  Once the requested changes are made, charges apply regardless if the final product is purchased.  
9.  All unordered images will be purged after 90 days.

I do hereby release to Lisa Rossi Photography, its agents, and employees all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form publicly or privately and to market and sell copies. I waive any rights, claims, or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in whatever media used.
LIsa Rossi Photography sometimes works with various prop vendors to photograph their products. I waive any rights, claims, or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in whatever media used.

1.  Lisa Rossi Photography is not responsible for prints not printed at recommended lab (Mpix.com).
2.  Lisa Rossi Photography is not responsible to any injury during my session.  
3.  Session starts at the scheduled time.  I understand I may forfeit all or part of my session if I am tardy.
4.  Please do not copy images you have not purchased.  Copying or scanning images from your gallery, my website, the blog, Facebook, or from other printed materials is considered stealing, regardless of the intent for use.  
5.  Final images may not be altered or edited by anyone other than Lisa Rossi Photography, including applying iPhone filters, Instagram filters, or other online editing resources.  
5.  All sales are final.
