PARKFIELD BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL 2026           VOLUNTEER APPLICATION
Are you passionate about the Festival? Do you want to volunteer and be part of the inner workings of the festival? Then you've come to the right place! Volunteers are the heart, soul, and backbone of our festival community.... and you could be a part of it! You could be the first person our guests encounter when they arrive or the last person they see when they depart. Volunteers are a part of our success!

Our crews include:
  • Pre-Festival Set-up
  • Safety - Lots available!
  • Ticket Gate
  • First Aid
  • Information Booth
  • Wrist Band Checkers - Lots available!
  • Merchandise Booth
  • Raffle Booth - Lots available!
  • Hospitality (Catering)
  • Kids Music Camp
  • Kids Crafts
  • Post-Festival Teardown
Volunteers must be in good physical health as all assignments require physical activity and may include standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Safety crew members are given early admission, so sign up and get this perk!

We ask for 12 hours of service in return for free admission and camping for all four days of the festival (Thursday – Sunday).  If you have already purchased a ticket, a refund can be made if you volunteer the minimum hours. Just let us know, and we can make it happen and save you some money!

Tent and dry RV camping are free for volunteers. Electricity is not included and is purchased separately. You may learn more about our festival by visiting:  http://www.parkfieldbluegrass.org

The Parkfield Bluegrass Festival is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization.
