Register for the FREE Transition to Adulthood Event
Join us for a powerful day of learning, connection, and empowerment designed specifically for NC high school students with disabilities and their parents or caregivers. As youth prepare to transition from school to adulthood, this event offers essential tools, resources, and information to support a successful journey into post-secondary life.

Event Details:
Saturday, September 27, 2025 
9am to 4pm 
Pine Lake Preparatory 
104 Yellow Wood Circle, Mooresville, NC 2811

This event is for parents and high school students with a disability, ages 14-21.  
Only registered individuals are able to attend the event. 
Space is limited and registration will close once we have reached capacity.
Lunch will be provided for all attendees.
