[Cal Rotaract] Fall 2024 Membership Application Form
Thank you for your interest in Cal Rotaract! 

Benefits of Membership:
- Participate in our Family System, where you can join a family and bond with other members!
- Have the opportunity to network with Rotarians through our Rotary mentorship program!
- Membership End of the Semester Recognition (we'll be tracking your activity using our point system and you'll be eligible to receive prizes at the end of the semester after accumulating a certain number of points) 
You can join as a new member at any point in the semester! All you have to do is fill this out!

Do you grant Cal Rotaract permission to tag you in your photos on Facebook and other social media sites for promotional/showcasing purposes? This permission allows you to more easily find pictures featuring you and your friends at Rotaract events that Cal Rotaract posts on social media.
