SumTeo spiritual directors have completed recognized spiritual direction programs that include study and supervised practice; participate in regular spiritual direction and supervision; engage the ongoing prayer, practice and study necessary to a deepening spiritual life; and commit to the ethical guidelines of Spiritual Directors International.

Time of Sessions and changes: If you wish to change your one-on-one appointment, you will let us  know at least 24 hours in advance by email or text.  Without the notice, you may reschedule 1 one-on-one session at a regular cost ($70-130).  (Please let us know if this is a hardship for you) *
