Dear Parent or Guardian,
We realize it is early to be thinking about the holidays. However, it takes a tremendous amount of coordination and purchasing to be ready. In order for us to organize toys and clothing requests, we need your help! We must have the necessary information to meet the needs of children and families by October 26.
Moultonborough Families with children up to age 18 or in Grade 12 are eligible for assistance. We are offering an online registration form this year, you will find the link on the library website.
If you would like to participate in this program, please fill out this online form. Please be as specific as you can with regard to your child’s age, size, favorite colors, favorite sports teams, and items requested. We will provide jackets, hats, mittens, scarves and boots as requested. We will do our best to provide the other items listed. We cannot provide smart phones, Xboxes, other gaming devices or large items. There is an $100.00 limit per child for gifts.
You may mail or drop off the form to: Moultonborough Public Library, 4 Holland St or mail to PO Box 150 Moultonborough, NH 03254
