Hello!

I’m Cathy Esther Thorne, founder of Everyday People Typewriter Poems. We’re a band of big-hearted poets who write custom poems on a typewriter at weddings and events.

We’re on the lookout for friendly folks (19+) who can whip up short, sweet, and sometimes cheeky poetry on the spot.

No prior experience is necessary—this is a casual gig with paid training. Once trained, you can earn between $100 and $300 per event.
